Often, the solution to a graphic problem is staring you in the face. Seeing and revealing it, is what my tutor Ben Casey called, “exploiting the incidental”.

By reversing just one of the serifs on the lower case d, miraculously, a box appears in the negative space and a useful holding device is created for carrying this digital company’s message.

Simple eh? Or perhaps graphic designers are simply blessed.
